PHYSICAL TRAINING

Having a multidisciplinary team of trainers, medical personnel, and psychologists allows us to provide specialized multifaceted training and support. The physical component includes strength and conditioning training, specific skills training, and flexibility training such as yoga which also helps improve mindfulness and mental acuity.
